(8-12โ tall) Fragrant and elegant, plant ‘Angelique’ Begonia in a container amongst low-growing perennials, beneath the tree canopy, or hang along your porch rails and relax among the fragrant flowers. For large, early blooms, start plants indoors and bring outside after the danger of frost has passed. In the garden, plant begonias in rich, well-drained soils in full to partial shade. Keep an eye on soil moisture in containers, as begonias like a moist humid environment. Tubers have a top side and a bottom side. When planting, place the indented side facing upward and the rounded side facing down. Begonia โAngeliqueโ is winter hardy in zone 8. In colder regions, dig bulbs in fall and bring containers indoors for winter.
